Our idols are taking part in the Thanks To Challenge, a trend in Korea that expresses gratitude to the medical workers fighting COVID-19.
Participants post a photo of themselves doing the Korean Sign Language for “I respect you”, using the hashtag #thankstochallenge. (The Korean hashtags are different.) More information about it can be found on the official Instagram at @thanks_challenge, and a summary is later in this article.
Hyelin
On May 9th, Hyelin was the first of our idols to participate.
After thanking the medical staff, Hyelin tagged Jun Shim of Purple List Film (@purplelist.js), Youngji of Kara (@young_g_hur), and Hani of EXID (@ahnhani_92) to continue the challenge. She asks that others participate even if not tagged.
Hani
Hani was next, on May 10th.
Hani also wrote a letter to give thanks to all of the medical staff. She hopes that our support will be of some help.

Jeonghwa
Jeonghwa posted her picture and a letter of gratitude on May 13th.
Jeonghwa thanks the medical staff who are working to restore the happiness and comfort of daily life, who are doing their best with all of their strength. She express her respect and gives them support.

Solji
On the 15th, solji posted her support of the campaign.
She thanked Navi, Hani, and Lee Woo for tagging her. And she expressed her respect and gratitude to the many medical staff who are doing their best against COVID-19.
To continue the challenge, she tagged chef Kim Jiwoon (@jiwoonjulian), Song Juhee of Hello Venus (@hv_alice), vocal trainer Jo Anna (@a.soir_), and duo Mellonoiz (@mellonoiz and @hot_hisb).
Event Information
