On April 6, Hani was on tvN’s show On and Off. The show shares the everyday life of their guests who are stars, both the busy “ON” parts and the me-time “OFF” parts.[1]

Hani lives in a small apartment with a short-term lease. She moved out of her family’s home to be more free and to know more about herself.[2]

At 9am, Hani starts her day with 20 minutes of meditation on the sofa next to her bed.[2]

After meditation, Hani goes to her desk and studies psychology. Her goal isn’t just to study. She also wants to get a psychology certificate.[2]
After studying she does a tarot reading on her computer as she waits for her company to arrive. The guests arrive around noon. They are actresses Cha Minjee and Jung Insun, who have roles in Not Yet 30 with Hani.[2]
Hani, Minjee, and Insun order food to be delivered. Hani pulls out her table, which is an extremely tiny table. As they wait for their food to arrive, they open gifts and chat, and Hani poses with the David Hockney book that she received. When the food arrives, there isn’t enough room for everything on Hani’s tiny table, but they work around that problem by putting some items on the floor.[2]
After eating, they light a fire and chat some more before bringing out some card games.[2]

The guests leave and Hani gets ready to go out. She gets dressed, drinks some water, eats some digestive enzymes, then leaves her apartment. In the park, she does some stretches, then she starts running.[2]
