Hyelin is a guest performer on episode three of “Travel Track”, planned to be released sometime in July. The performance recording was June 19th. The show shares theirs admiration of Hyelin’s grace and patience.
“Travel Track” is a show in which influencers and musicians visit tourist attractions in various cities of Korea. The focus is on less renowned tourist destinations around the country. One day is spent traveling, and the other day is a busking performance. [1]
Hyelin is the special guest in the third episode of “Travel Track”. The live performance was on June 19 at Kensignton Beach in Goseong. Also performing were Christian Burgos, Greg Priester, Lyna Pu, and Aancod. [2] The recorded episode is planned to released sometime in July. [3]
Behind-the-Scenes
The day of Hyelin’s performance did not go as planned. Two of the staff were feeling unwell, the weather was too hot, and they were behind on time. It would have been a frustrating situation, but our Hyelin is too good for that! [4]
Hyelin arrived exactly on time. She waited patiently, offered to help, treated everyone kindly, and then put on a very nice interactive show. [4]
By My Korea, an outlet for the show, was so impressed by Hyelin’s “grace and patience” that they made a special statement about it. [4]
Special thanks and lots of love from BeMyKorea to #Hyelin of #EXID.
As everyone already knows, she was the special guest performer for #TravelTrack 3rd episode’s busking performance.
To be honest, the staffs were facing the worst situation on that day –
two of the Travel Track band members were feeling unwell, and even the weather was too hot.
We know this should not be an excuse, but due to such circumstances, the staffs were behind time when they arrived at the performance venue.
Hyelin, who arrived at the site exactly on time, could have been frustrated. But instead of being upset, she waited for us with grace and patience. During the entire process of preparation and the actual performance, we never heard Hyelin saying things like “No, I don’t like it,” or “I can’t do it.”
She constantly suggested great ideas, telling us that she is able to do a lot of things.
While she met the band members for the first time on that day, she treated them like her good old friends.
She looked into their eyes while performing, and interacted with them as if she had known everyone for many years.
Also, she actively communicated with the audience and made so many witty comments in between performances, even without staffs asking her to do so.
She was the driving force for Travel Track members to enjoy the performance and successfully perform till the end regardless of the bad situation.
One cruel thing about a filmed show is that people who only watch the broadcasted show don’t know what happened behind the stage.
(and of course, it is not their fault!) But we want everyone to know Hyelin is a hard worker with tremendous talents, a warm heart, and a lovely personality. We know this account does not have many followers, but we hope these tweets reach as many people as possible.
Thank you, Hyelin! We love you with our deepest affection!
